Donna Paolina Fiano di Avellino DOCG 2023

The 100% Fiano di Avellino comes from the Parite vineyard within Campania, whose organically farmed 20+ year-old vines are planted to a southeastern exposure upon beds of clay and limestone with fossilized shells. Once the grapes are harvested they ferment in 100% stainless steel. The wine then bottle ages between 3-4 months before release.
