OTTIN WINE DINNER

With Nicholas Ottin - Thursday February 19th @ 6:30pm

$95 a person + 20% Grat ($19) = $114 + Tax

Join us for a spectacular evening together with Nicholas Ottin where he will take us on a high-altitude tour of Val d'Aosta and pour 4 of his wines: Petite Arvine, Fumin, Pinot Noir, and Syrah. All accompanied by a sumptuous 4-course dinner inspired by the mountainous region of Val d'Aosta.

Ottin is perhaps the most emblematic winery in the Val d'Aosta region of Italy today. The Val d’Aosta produces delicious mountain wine, esoteric and filled with distinctive personality. Surrounded by the Alps, it is home to the highest elevation vineyards in all of Europe. It is in the extreme northwest of Italy, bordering Piedmont to the south, France to the northwest, and Francophone Switzerland to the north. It is an area of spectacular beauty with postcard-perfect vineyard scenes as vines are surrounded by year-round vistas of snow-capped mountains, including the famous Mont Blanc.

Ottin Winery was founded in 1989 by Elio Ottin in Italy's Val d'Aosta. It is the premier producer of high-altitude, cool-climate wines. Originally a small farm, Elio began bottling under his own label in 2007, focusing on native varieties like Petite Arvine and Fumin. The winery operates sustainably on steep, rocky slopes where manual harvest is the norm. Today, the winery is run by Elio and his son, Nicholas, focusing on low-intervention techniques, sustainability, and producing soulful and memorable wines.
