Pieropan Soave Classico "La Rocca" 2024 is a dry white wine from the Veneto region of northeastern Italy, produced from 100% Garganega grapes grown in volcanic soils. This expression showcases the classic characteristics of Soave Classico with bright acidity, mineral-driven aromatics, and citrus notes. The wine displays a pale straw color with green reflections, offering flavors of white peach, green apple, and floral undertones. Aged for about 12 to 15 months on their fine lees in a combination of French oak tonneaux and large Slavonian oak barrels, it presents a crisp, clean palate with excellent food-pairing versatility.
